If you are on this page then that means we've made a mistake or you're not feeling some products any more.
Article 1. Return
Unfortunately, we do not have overseas warehouses that can store these products. To start a return, you can click here to contact Customer Service and request a mail-in return to our warehouse(You need to pay the postage for the Return Package). Please note that for this mail-in option, the timeline for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 business days after your package arrives at our warehouse.
Article 2. Exchange
Before the order is shipped, if you need to exchange the items in the order, please email customer service in time to negotiate.
After the order has been shipped and the goods have been received, if you request an exchange due to objective factors such as size, when we receive your return, we will re-deliver the goods according to the negotiated results.
Article 3. Refund process
The refund will be issued in the original payment method after confirming that the transaction processing result is agreed upon. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 more business days for the points to reappear on the statement.
Article 4. Order cancellation
If the order has not been shipped, we will refund the total amount after contacting our customer service. After the order is shipped, after receiving the order, you must process the normal return for a refund.
