Return & Refund

If you are on this page then that means we've made a mistake or you're not feeling some products any more.

Article 1. Return

Unfortunately, we do not have overseas warehouses that can store these products. To start a return, you can click here to contact Customer Service and request a mail-in return to our warehouse(You need to pay the postage for the Return Package). Please note that for this mail-in option, the timeline for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 business days after your package arrives at our warehouse. In addition, we only accept refunds requested within 30 days of delivered.

Article 2. Exchange

Before the order is shipped, if you need to exchange the items in the order, please email customer service in time to negotiate.

After the order is shipped and received, if you require a replacement due to objective factors such as size, we will re-deliver according to the negotiation result after we receive your return. (You will be responsible for the return shipping fee, so please try to confirm the product size chart before placing an order, or attach your height and weight on the Cart Page.)

Article 3. Refund process

The refund will be issued in the original payment method after confirming that the transaction processing result is agreed upon. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 more business days for the points to reappear on the statement.

Article 4. Order cancellation

If the order has not been shipped, we will refund the total amount after contacting our customer service. After the order is shipped, after receiving the order, you must process the normal return for a refund.
